Six ways to take control
Every assignment starts with a concrete question. Below are the six areas in which I support owners, managers and operators of lift installations. They can be taken separately and they reinforce one another.
Overview
All services
- 01
Baseline survey & NEN 2767
An independent assessment of the technical condition of your lift installation, recorded using the NEN 2767 method.
- 02
Maintenance & contract management
Control over your maintenance contract, the performance of your maintenance company, the breakdowns and the costs.
- 03
POB & MJOP
A performance-based maintenance specification and a long-term maintenance plan that match the real technical condition.
- 04
Inspections & statutory testing
From inspection report to concrete action. Assessment of failure points, follow-up and oversight of the work.
- 05
New build & modernisation
Independent advice on new build, modernisation and replacement. From technical requirements through to handover.
- 06
Breakdowns & emergencies
Independent analysis of recurring lift breakdowns and prolonged downtime, separate from your maintenance provider.
Coordination and oversight
An independent extension of your organisation
Alongside the services themselves, I take the coordination of lift suppliers, maintenance companies and inspection bodies off your hands. You can call on me for, among other things:
- 01Requesting and objectively assessing quotations
- 02Organising and running tenders for maintenance contracts
- 03Quality control on maintenance and repairs carried out
- 04Planning, coordinating and following up statutory periodic inspections
- 05Analysing breakdowns and maintenance costs
- 06Identifying structural problems and preventing repeats
Independent
I do not sell lift installations, parts or maintenance contracts.
That allows me to assess technical information, proposed solutions and delivered performance without a stake of my own in the outcome. It is what sets HERMAT apart.
Talk it through
Not sure which service you need?
Call or email and set out your situation. One conversation is usually enough to work out where the gains are.
